Charlotte Haitham Taylor, Chair
Charlotte started her career in the art industry at Sotheby’s auctioneers and the prominent London dealer Richard Green. A Fine Art Painting graduate, Charlotte is a successful professional artist who also collects modern and contemporary art and photography. Charlotte is the former Leader of Wokingham Borough Council. During her 11 years at the Council Charlotte’s roles included the £120 million regeneration scheme of Wokingham Town Centre.

Robin Cops, Vice Chair
Robin has lived in Wokingham for 40 years. He has held several roles in the community including chairing Bracknell & Wokingham College Corporation and the WBC Independent Remuneration Panel, as well as a local JP. He is currently Programme Secretary of The Arts Society Wokingham and is a strong advocate for much more public art in the Borough.

Jane Bonney
I’m a local artist, mainly working in stitched textiles. I’ve taught at Reading College and South Hill Park. Recently I’ve enjoyed being part of a town council group planning and organising the mosaic installations around the town and the Elms Field sculpture. I’m pleased to be part of A4W planning public art for Wokingham Borough.

Jeremy Garfield-Davies
Jeremy has a professional background in both contemporary and old master paintings and sculpture. He was previously a director of Mallett and a main board international director of Pearl Lam Galleries in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore. In 2010 he established his own art advisory company, Duxbury Advisory, which with his London team advises on the acquisition, sales, conservation of works of art as well as collection management. He is a Trustee of the Holburne Museum, Bath as well as an advisor for the KT Wong Foundation.

Paddy Haycocks
Paddy Haycocks is a broadcaster, probably best known to local people as presenter of BBC One’s ‘South Today’ in the 90’s and BBC Two’s ‘The Travel Show’. For the past four decades he has worked as a producer, director and reporter on a wide range of factual programming for all major broadcasters and has always maintained a keen interest in the arts.

Stan Hetherington
I have lived in Wokingham for over 30 years and been involved in many of our town’s events such as the Winter Carnival, Bikeathon, Music Club and Festival. Our town is a great place to live and I enjoy doing what I can do to it keep it as one of the best places in the UK.

David Canning
I started work as a civil engineer and never escaped! I was lucky enough to work on some of the largest international projects, which allowed me to indulge my passion for history and art around the world. On finally retiring, I have been involved more in the local community, continuing to work as a community mediator and treasurer of The Arts Society Wokingham.

Sarah Kerr
Originally from Yorkshire, Sarah lives in Wokingham with her young family. Sarah is a pianist and conductor with a Bachelors and Masters degree in music, working in the choral industry. Sarah is also an elected member of Wokingham Borough Council, sitting on the Arts & Culture Alliance and board member for Berkshire Maestros.

Tim Lloyd
Tim Lloyd is a retired Industrial Designer with a keen interest in modern art. He is a Wokingham Town Councillor serving on the Arts & Culture and Civic committees. Tim is a trustee of the Berkshire Archaeological Society and chair of Friends of Fox Hill. His other interests include painting and Morris dancing.

Jasmine Stanford
I’m a Fine Art graduate from Goldsmiths University and I have completed a Healthcare&Design Masters at The Royal College of Art and Imperial College. I have an International Small Business which produces masks for hearing aid and glasses users. I currently work as a Project Manager and in my free time I enjoy outdoor swimming and climbing. I am truly motivated when helping others and creating positive change, with a strong focus on inclusion and wellbeing.

Jo Wyles
I live in Lower Earley with my husband and teenage son. I spend as much time as I can in my craft room making cards, stencils and mixed media art. Due to health issues I don't work but with a background in I.T and a passion for creativity - Arts 4 Wokingham is a great fit for me.

Martin Haslam
Martin Haslam has lived in Wokingham for more than 40 years and he worked as a family doctor in the town for 30 years. He has a longstanding love and enthusiasm for both visual and literary art.

Carrollanne is an intellectual property attorney with an interest in assisting aspiring artists, and has represented various known graffiti artists.
